Q: When will I receive my tracking number?
 Tracking details will be emailed within 2 business days after your order is processed.

Q: My tracking number isn’t working — what should I do?
 Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking system to update. If it still doesn’t work, contact us at support@aurangear.com.

Q: My tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received my package.
Sometimes local couriers mark items as delivered before they arrive. Please wait 1–3 days or contact your local post office.

Q: What if I receive a damaged product?
Email us at support@aurangear.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived within the expected time. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact us so we can assist you.

SECTION: After Purchase

Q: I entered the wrong address! Can I change it?
Please email support@aurangear.com immediately. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

Q: My package is stuck in customs — what now?
Customs delays are not controlled by us. Any customs fees or taxes must be paid by the recipient.
